Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
To make the base mix:
2 Cinnamon Sultana Teff Cookies (crumbled)
3 tablespoons almond milk
Once mixed, spread mixture on a small lined baking tin (15cm base works best).
Bake for 10 mins
To make the top, mix:
45g Vanilla Hermosa protein powder
80g egg whites or egg substitute like Crackd
60g almond milk
Pour over baked base and return to the oven for another 10 mins.
Once cooked, allow to cool and enjoy!
