Team Teff: Running for Positive Change

Team Teff Takes on Ethiopia: Running for Positive Change, One Kilometer at a Time!

Team Teff are gearing up for an adventure that's more than just a race – it's a journey to the heart of Ethiopia, where we'll be running for a cause we deeply care about. On February 11th, 2024, we'll be tackling the Hawassa Half Marathon, the Great Ethiopian Run's premier event, and with each stride, we'll be raising funds for Ethiopiaid, an incredible charity working with local Ethiopian partners to break the cycle of poverty in this beautiful country. We have a brilliant team of 10 running including Tyler Saunders, Alex Mytton, Steph Elswood, Lewis Robling, Tyson Gillies, and Michael Crouse.

About Ethiopiaid

Ethiopiaid's mission resonates deeply with us. They believe that everyone deserves a chance to thrive, and they work hand-in-hand with local communities to provide essential resources and support to those who need it most. From street-feeding programs in Addis Ababa to elementary schools for vulnerable youth, Ethiopiaid's projects touch lives in countless ways. They provide nutritious meals to malnourished mothers and families, healthcare and education for children living with disabilities, and crucial maternal healthcare services.
