Where do we ship to?
We currently ship our products to the UK (including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scottish Highlands & Islands). In the near future, we are looking at shipping to the EU, US and the UAE. Watch this space!
Which shipping methods do you use?
For the UK we ship using Evri (formerly known as Hermes). They offer the option between Express or Standard delivery.
When will my order be shipped?
For orders placed by 1pm on a business day we aim to process, pack and ship your order within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order, again when it has been processed so you know it’s on its way and then again with a tracking link to the parcel. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please do note that at exceptionally busy times these timings may vary.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, all of your orders are fully trackable with SMS and email delivery notifications. Please allow for 24 hours for the link to activate.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns. If you are unhappy with any part of your order, or find something wrong with your cookies, please contact us by emailing email@example.com.
